DEFIANCE, Ohio – Defiance College’s Schomburg Series and co-sponsor Defiance Community Cultural Council will close the concert season with Ball in the House. This five-man, pop, R&B and gospel band hailing from Boston will perform on Thursday, March 25, at 7:30 p.m. in the historic Valentine Theater, corner of Clinton and Fourth Streets, Defiance.

Ball in the House takes a cappella to the next stage with vocal drums/beatbox and vocal bass to create a harmony that appeals to all ages. The group has gone through numerous phases and changes on its way to becoming one of the best-known and most-loved acts in the a cappella community today. The members include Dave Guisti, Dan Szynczak, Aaron Loveland, Ryan Chappelle and Jon Ryan.

Individual tickets may be ordered online at www.defiance.edu/pages/schomburg.html, and will be available at the door. Tickets are $10 each or free with college ID.
