DEFIANCE, Ohio – The Northwest Ohio Community Action Commission (NOCAC) and Defiance College are working together to help connect low and moderate income families with tax filing assistance at no cost. They will be hosting free clinics throughout Defiance County from January to mid-April.
Defiance College will host clinics at the Defiance Public Library on Saturdays, 10 a.m. -2 p.m., and Mondays, 3:30 p.m. – 8 p.m. The first clinic will be offered Saturday, February 5. NOCAC will be hosting several tax filing assistance clinics throughout the community.

This is a free service offered through the Ohio Benefit Bank program, an internet-based counselor-assisted service that connects low-to-moderate income residents with supporting agencies.
