Core Requirements for Religious Studies and Ministry Studies totals 14 hours including:

RL 198 Seminar in Religious Studies
RL 321 Ethics and Morals
RL 356 Forming One’s Faith
RL 380 Theories and Methods in the Study of Religion

And one of the following:
RL 211 Introducing the Old Testament: Chaos, Calamity and Covenant OR
RL 212 Introducing the New Testament: Teachings of Jesus & the Early Church


Religious Studies Concentration

(Core + 22 hours)
One of the following biblical study courses not already taken as a part of the core:

RL 211 Introducing the Old Testament: Chaos, Calamity and Covenant OR
RL 212 Introducing the New Testament: Teachings of Jesus & the Early Church
And
RL 198 Seminar in Religious Studies
(total of 1credit hour in addition to the Core Requirements)
RL 201 Approaches to Religion
RL 210 Spirituality and Wholeness
RL 265 The Black Church in America
RL 267 Islam
RL 499 Senior Capstone

And one of the following:
