Students in Free Enterprise

Rachel has this to say about Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) -- "SIFE is a 'positive student organization with the energy, passion, and enthusiasm to change the world' that is open to all majors. It is easy to see that SIFE is fulfilling its motto, Changing the World when you look at its recent activities. Last year Defiance College SIFE went to Regional Competition in Chicago and won the Rookie of the Year and 1st Runner Up. In 2004 SIFE is doing even more with projects like Tax Counseling for the Elderly, Junior Achievement, DECA, Internet Training for Senior Citizens, Responsible Use of Credit and a Business Ethics Presentation. SIFE is making a difference by developing leadership, teamwork, and communication skills through learning, practicing, and teaching the principles of free enterprise."
