Phillip Ruzicho has a proven dedication to quality standards, managing day-to-day operations of the IT department, developing new procedures and strategies to increase efficiency, protecting proprietary data through regular security updates and presenting IT key performance indicators to non-technical stakeholders. Phillip demonstrates a high quality of knowledge in determining trends in operational performance and identifying process improvement opportunities.

He has the ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolves a range of software, hardware and connectivity issues, which includes providing customer service support by performing detailed investigation of customer service complaints and issues, asking probing questions, researching, analyzing and rectifing problems expediently. His experience also includes the movement and installation of IT equipment to assure coordination of IT support. Phillip's customer service focus extends to identifying and selecting from a number of alternatives to address routine information technology-related issues by gathering and applying information from standard sources that provide a limited number of solutions.
