Adam Swisher '18
Adam graduated from DC in 2018 with a degree in Social Work and minors in Psychology and Sport and Exercise Psychology. During his years at DC, he was involved with Project 701, the Student Athlete Advisory Council (SAAC), and the Social Work Organization. He was the founder of the OPP Shop, President of the Service Leaders, a Resident Assistant, and on the Men's Tennis team. His favorite memories were the road trips to Tennis matches and his Service Leader trips to Nicaragua.
Adam is now a Psychologist and Assistant Tennis Coach at Bryan City Schools. He has coached two state team Final Four Girl's Tennis Teams. Adam also obtained his Master of Arts in School Psychology and an Educational Specialist Degree in School Psychology from University of Toledo. He was a Graduate Assistant for the School Psychology program.
Swisher said Alumni/ae should support DC with their time, talents, and donations because "it helps build a vision for current students about their future and helps guide the direction of the college."
