to go a little farther than some to always sing well and perform with our best effort,”
says Shisler.
The DCples is a 12-member mixed chamber ensemble out of the DC Chamber Singers. The
group specializes in “spreadin’ the good tunes!” Accompanied by harpist Christina
Muntz, the group will offer beautiful melodies and also a special arrangement of “The
Twelve Days of Christmas.” “This is a fun and very talented group of students who
put on a great show,” says Andrew Schultz, director of music programs at Defiance
College.

Doug Olenik, horn; Lonnie Warnke, trombone; and Austin Brown, tuba. Under the leadership
of Doug Olenik, the Holiday Brass Ensemble will feature holiday favorites including
