Tiffani Selhorst named Athletic Director at Defiance College

DEFIANCE, Ohio - Tiffani Selhorst has been selected as the new Athletic Director at Defiance College. DC President Richanne C. Mankey announced that Selhorst will assume her role on May 15, 2023.

With over 15 years of experience in collegiate coaching, recruiting, and administration, Selhorst is well-equipped to hit the ground running at Defiance College. In addition to collegiate experience, she has also coached at the high school, AAU, and junior
high levels.

Defiance College Interim Athletic Director and Head Softball Coach, Megan Warren, shared, "We are thrilled to have Tiffani join the Defiance College Athletic Department. She has shown great leadership while at IU East, and I am excited for her to lead our department." Warren continued, "Her experience as a coach will undoubtedly help in the mentorship of our coaches, and raise the level of excellence within our teams. I am confident that she'll bring new ideas and knowledge to help improve Yellow Jacket Athletics, and the student-athlete experience for all."

President Richanne C. Mankey added, "Tiffani brings in-depth experience, a focus on success, and the ability to bring together the athletic department as a team to forward the mission of Defiance College. We welcome her to our campus, to the Defiance community, and into this important role that impacts the lives of our entire campus population."
