MONDAY, JULY 1: Last day to choose roommates in StarRez. After July 1st you can still sign up for housing, you will just be automatically paired with someone by Residence Life.
FRIDAY, AUGUST 30: Fall meal plan change deadline. Meal plan change forms are available outside the Office of Residence Life or by online download.

August 23rd: General Move-In Day

SEPTEMBER
SEPTEMBER 10-17: Room changes and consolidation
All students without roommates during this period will be asked to room with other
students who do not have roommates. This is the designated time for students to openly switch roommates and rooms without
a formal room change/roommate mediation process.
A Room Change form is available through your Hall Director. Anyone who changes rooms without the Hall
Director's explicit consent will be instructed to move back or be fined.
NOVEMBER - DECEMBER
WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 27th: Spring meal plan change deadline. Meal plan change forms are available outside the
Office of Residence Life or by online download.
HALL CLOSING DATES
Thanksgiving & Winter Break is the only time during fall semester the residence halls are closed.
Residence halls will close for Thanksgiving Break Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2024 at noon
and reopen Sunday, Dec. 1st, 2024.
Residence halls will close for Winter Break at noon on Friday, Dec. 13, 2024, and
reopen at noon on Sunday, January 12, 2025.
Students that wish to remain in the halls during the break must fill out a Break Housing
Form via StarRez . These forms are available 2 weeks prior to the break and due 2
days prior to the break.
JANUARY - FEBRUARY
SUNDAY, JANUARY 12: Residence halls re-open at noon.
RA INFORMATION SESSIONS
If interested in being an RA, attend 1 session.

Residence halls will close for Spring Break at noon on Sunday, March 3, 2025, and
reopen at noon on Sunday, March 16, 2025.
MONDAY, MARCH 31, 2025: Summer housing available in the Office of Residence Life at noon.
MAY
FRIDAY, MAY 9, 2025: Residence halls close for Summer Break at noon.
SATURDAY, MAY 10, 2025: Graduates move out of residence halls by 6:00 p.m.
